简易咖喱鸡



简易咖喱鸡


材料和调味料
大葱 2个
马铃薯 2个
鸡腿 3个
A1 咖喱酱
包装椰浆 1包(小的)
少许盐
少许糖

做法
1. 先炸好马铃薯备用
2. 下大葱爆炒一下加入鸡肉炒至8分熟
3. 加入A1咖喱酱料,拌炒均匀
4. 加上椰汁,少许水,焖熟鸡肉, 下少许盐和糖调味就可以了
P/S  我这个是浓稠的咖喱鸡, 不是水水那种哦

Simply Curry Chicken

Ingredients/seasoning
Onion 2
Potatoes 2
Chicken leg 3
A1 Curry Sauce
Coconut milk 1 package (small)
Pinch of salt and sugar

How to cook
1 Fried potato and set aside
2 Stir fry onion and add the chicken stir until medium well
3 Add A1 curry sauce, stir-fry and mix well with chicken
4 Add coconut milk, add some water, add some salt and sugar, lower heat cook chicken until done.
