奶油鸡
材料:
鸡腿 4个
咖喱叶 4束
咖喱粉 1 茶匙
盐 1/2 茶匙
糖 1/2 茶匙
牛油 一大匙
蒜米 3瓣
小辣椒 3条
淡奶 150ml
腌制鸡肉的调味料
盐少许
麻油少许
胡椒粉 少许
蚝油 少许
做法
1. 鸡肉先腌制最少一个小时再上粉先炸好,备用
2. 下牛油入锅里, 炒香蒜米和小辣椒,再加入咖喱叶
3. 炒香后加入淡奶,滚了之后加入咖喱粉, 盐, 糖, 大滚后会浓稠就可以小火加入鸡肉拌匀。 这个时候可以试试看味道, 不够味可以加点盐。就可以起锅了

Curry leaves four bundles
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
3 Garlic
3 Chili
Evaporated milk 150ml
Marinated chicken
Pinch of salt
Sesame oil
Pepper
Oyster Sauce
How to cook
1. chicken marinated at least one hour, then fried it and set aside.
2. Use Butter to saute garlic and chili, then add curry leaves
3. Saute awhile then add evaporated milk, curry powder, salt, sugar, bring it to boil and it will become thick then add chicken and mix well. Taste and add some salt if need. Done
